This is my first experience of using financial services and I am perfectly satisfied with how it has started. I was impressed with the level of security and the questions asked about my financial affairs, all of which demonstrated care and attention and not just taking things for granted.

I was prompted to seek a Financial Adviser as I wanted advice on building a pension in a secure environment, I heard about Deep Blue Financial through a friend and my aim when contacting them was to build a secure financial future.

After my initial meeting with Clive 10 years ago where we discussed my financial situation, I left feeling like a person who had been listened to. He came up with ideas and a plan that showed there was good potential to improve my pension and work towards my retirement goal. We retired in 1995 and until then we had always looked after the family investments but as we had accumulated a reasonable nest egg and as investment and tax implications were becoming more complex we decided that it was time to seek professional advice.

Many thanks for your help and comprehensive advice regarding my Sister-in-Law’s State Pension. As explained, she has been left in difficult financial circumstances and we wanted to ensure that as a Widow, her State Pension was correct. We hadn’t a clue as to how State Pensions are calculated and we found the various information confusing and misleading. After talking to you, we were able to explain to my Sister-in-Law that her State Pension was correct. Clive spent a lot of time and effort analysing and discussing my financial position to satisfy both of us about my requirements, before I authorised Deep Blue to go ahead with the investments on my behalf. He explained his suggestions in detail including the reasons for his choice of investment platform and made sure that I was aware of all the fees and risks involved. During the setting up of my portfolio, queries were always answered promptly and clearly by either e-mail or phone and I was given early online access to the chosen platform so that I could follow the setting up procedure.
